Sara Campagna

Sara is a Senior Associate Architect at UNStudio with over 13 years of experience. 

Based in Amsterdam since 2016, she has played a pivotal role in diverse projects, ranging from interior design and urban planning to cultural buildings and public spaces, all aimed at enhancing the quality of life and the environment.  With a strong foundation in Architecture and Building Engineering from the University of Bologna and additional training in Economics from Bocconi University, Sara is a multidisciplinary designer with balanced expertise in both technical and creative design aspects, and across multiple scales of design. 

Fluent in Italian, English, and German, she has successfully worked in various cultural contexts, including Italy, Portugal, Hong Kong, and the Netherlands.  

Sara's research and design interests focus on the evolving relationship between social and individual behaviors, arts and the environment, and the integration of local traditions with advanced technologies. She has also contributed her insights and perspectives on the future of architecture and design through participation in several juries and publications.
