VIP Villa

LW Design was tasked to redesign an expansive seven-bedroomed villa in an exclusive neighbourhood of Dubai. The owners wanted the designers to create an extraordinary space for their family and create a seamless flow from each room onto the large terraces and gardens beyond. The space was to be soft, feminine and understated so that the family felt at ease and comfortable at home.

LW Design flawlessly transformed the villa and separated the family living areas and formal spaces with ease. The clever use of neutral colours, warm timbers and soft grey marble afforded the family elegant living and entertaining spaces. The contemporary styling provides a stylish backdrop to highlight the manicured gardens. Biophilic living continues throughout with large plants and doors that open onto terraces. The heart of the home, the family living area and the show kitchen are broken up into spaces by using contemporary champagne gold metal screens and decorative shelving to create comfortable and intimate seating groups whilst retaining the glorious sense of space. Soft textures and a neutral colour palette include teal and dusky pink tones that play harmoniously with Dubai's warm light. LW Design has created a timeless yet contemporary design that will stand the test of time. By cleverly using a blend of traditional elements, calm colours, modern design and bringing the outside in, this elegant villa makes for the sophisticated home as they were briefed. The designers have translated the family’s requirements into a beautifully warm and inviting home.
