An inner wall of charred timber wraps around the restaurant, leading guest to the hot flames of the open kitchen at one end, or a secluded private room at the other. In each zone, a rippled, highly polished silver ceiling that evokes the underside of the surface of a Scottish loch, reflecting abstract and ever-changing views of the city. Routes through the restaurant are lined with commissioned murals of happy fish in fruity seas, reminiscent of Japanese tattoos.
