Supalai ICON Sathorn, a project by Supalai Public Company Limited, is a cutting-edge urban living complex on Bangkok's bustling Sathorn Road. Spanning approximately 1,500 square metres of public area, the development was completed in May 2024 and is a turnkey project led by architect Kanjana Boonchuwong and the dwp Lifestyle design team. The client brief emphasised creating a sophisticated, sustainable living environment that blends luxury with functionality, setting new benchmarks in residential real estate.

The design of Supalai ICON Sathorn draws inspiration from the natural colours and landforms of the Australian countryside and outback. This influence brings a unique level of sophistication to the development, establishing it as a new landmark along Sathon Boulevard. The main entry experience is framed within an urban park setting, leading to the commercial lobby and Gallery Hall, which offer a modern cosmopolitan ambiance. These spaces are accented by warm copper tones on a cool veined marble base, with a full-height illuminated onyx backdrop at the reception area creating a striking visual focal point. Residents have exclusive access to a range of high-quality amenities located on the 11th floor, including an open swimming pool surrounded by a softscape deck, a gym, hydrotherapy facilities, a multi-use library and co-working space, a kids' club room, and a large-screen movie room. Each amenity space has its own character while maintaining a cohesive material palette shared with the public areas. Timber parquet flooring is used in more intimate spaces to enhance warmth and comfort. The gym features cushioned flooring and full-height glazing that offers panoramic city views, and it connects to an upper yoga room via a glazed spiral staircase. The construction of Supalai ICON Sathorn showcases artisanal craftsmanship, with custom-painted ceilings and walls reflecting the design concept. Durable and easy-maintenance materials, such as high-quality paint in the kids' room and quartz in the hydrotherapy areas, ensure practicality and longevity. Sustainable features are integral to the project, with the facade boasting high-quality double-glazed glass that enhances safety, reduces heat transmission, and minimises noise pollution. Every material in the building is selected with sustainability in mind, aligning with the project's holistic approach to urban development. Supalai ICON Sathorn offers a range of innovative amenities designed to cater to a modern, health-conscious lifestyle. These include home automation, aqua hydrotherapy, a "Milky Way" theatre, group cycling, and yoga fly facilities. The material palette throughout the project includes copper, timber, and cool veined marble, creating a cohesive and sophisticated aesthetic.
