The front-of-house café lounge, featuring custom ceiling joinery, blattchaya tiles, and lounge seating, serves as a central social space for visitors and staff to engage with the brand and each other. The design emphasizes "conviviality at work," ensuring the office space offers a blend of quiet, focused areas and collaborative zones. This balance caters to various working styles and fosters meaningful relationships among employees and customers. The open-plan areas are designed with semi-partitioned desks, natural light, and high-performance acoustics to create a comfortable and efficient workspace. Incorporating visual elements from Pernod Ricard's iconic brands into the meeting spaces was a key design driver. Each room's material and color palette reflect a specific brand's identity, with integrated colors, lighting, furniture, and accessories that embody the brand's spirit. Meeting rooms are strategically positioned around the core to maximize natural light in social hubs and working areas. The design reflects Pernod Ricard's belief in the enrichment found in diversity, allowing for genuine, direct, and authentic shared moments. Floor and ceiling finishes form aesthetic connections that weave the space together, maintaining an effortless, relaxed vibe. Daniel Finkler of Pernod Ricard Gulf praised the new office, saying, “Thank you to the team involved in making our new home simply fantastic!” Laura Rowley from ATS, a longtime collaborator with SAY Studio, added, “Pernod Ricard was a unique project, and we had extensive communication with SAY Studio from the schematic stage, which was always a pleasure.” The 1,580 sqm space, designed with sustainability in mind, features panoramic city views. The design team carefully selected materials and seamlessly integrated furniture items from the previous office with new pieces, ensuring an eco-friendly approach. This project showcases how thoughtful design can create a workspace that promotes interaction, comfort, and brand identity, reflecting Pernod Ricard’s vision for a convivial and connected workplace
