One High Line is comprised of two sculptural twisting travertine towers designed by the world-class Bjarke Ingels Group, with interiors in the West Tower by New York-based Gabellini Sheppard and in the East Tower by Paris-based Gilles & Boissier.

Each tower boasts oversized windows, providing every home with natural light, and reflects a sophisticated use of natural materials and refined finishes, individually selected to enhance the comfort of everyday life. Residences at One High Line feature a multitude of natural stones, including Calacatta Gold Marble, Honed Arabescato Vagli marble, African St Laurent marble, Honed Arabescato Vagli Oro, Woodgrain Silver vein-cut marble, Honed vein-cut Grigio Onyx, and more. They also showcase natural wood and natural elements throughout, effortlessly elevating contemporary living spaces. Select homes at One High Line have been staged by renowned interior designers, including Architectural Digest 100 Designer India Mahdavi and Dan Fink, Gilles & Biossier and Rebecca Robertson. India Mahdavi, known for Coburg Bar at London's Connaught Hotel, Monte Carlo Beach in Monaco, and Townhouse Hotel in Miami, was inspired to design a Manhattan home that she would like to live in. She includes a radiant pop of color in each room: yellow in the primary bedroom and kitchen, red in the office, and blue and pink in the secondary bedrooms. Another model residence designed by Dan Fink went a different path, blending contemporary design with the timeless charm of wood elements to create a peaceful tranquil home with interiors that reflect natural grace and beauty. Dan Fink designed an exquisite living space as a testament to refined taste and luxury and masterfully showcases how wood elements. One High Line offers 18,000 square feet of exclusive amenities. To intertwine the architectural marvel that is One High Line with West Chelsea, a stunning selection of museum-quality art pieces has been meticulously selected and thoughtfully placed throughout the two towers.
