Hines, the global real estate investment manager, tapped Rapt Studio to create their first intentional home

for the West Region headquarters at West Edge-a mixed-use development in West Los Angeles. The vision was to build an inspired office that encourages dynamic collaboration and creativity, offering a new level of flexibility in how and where people work. The design approach began with thinking about the way we Jive_- not necessarily how we work.
