Carmen Lie

Educated in Hong Kong and UK, Carmen trained as an architect. She takes a pragmatic approach to design, a conviction honed through twenty years of working on the clients’ side, primarily in financial institutions.  Carmen is fervently focused on how space and design affect organizations, and the important role it plays in changing employee experience and expectation, and how it articulates an organization's brand, values and aspirations.  She leads in delivering workspaces and client facing spaces that integrate with technology and is environmentally sustainable.
